Haven is inspired by owners Meaghan Smith and Natalie Sanvidge's Irish roots. Owner Meaghan Smith founded Haven after being diagnosed with Celiac disease 7 years ago. Haven's mission is to provide elevated gluten free cuisine to the capital region, and welcome every guest as part of our Irish family.
